* A testing cycle consists of the application deadline and the test date.

** The Application includes the Portfolio of documentation and information establishing eligibility for testing, together with the Case Study required by law. Applications received, or completed, after the deadline will be processed for the next testing cycle. Eligibility to test, as well as all pertinent documentation, is transmitted to the testing agency on or before the 1st day of the month in the month preceding the test date.
